The spacious spa and sauna area of the KEIDEL Mineral-Thermalbad offers you pure relaxation and recreation on more than 6,000 m². Check-in is generally possible from 3.00 pm. Of course, you have the option of depositing your luggage at the hotel beforehand. Check-out is at 12.00 noon.
Is it possible to store luggage on site before check-in or after check-out?
Of course, you have the option of storing your luggage in our hotel before check-in or after check-out. We understand that sometimes it is convenient to leave your luggage safely while you explore the area or wait for your next appointment. Is there a shuttle service from the airport or train station to the hotel?
We regret to inform you that our hotel does not offer its own shuttle service. However, we would like to recommend our exclusive mobility partner SIXT. SIXT offers a variety of transportation options, including rental cars and transfers, which will make your journey to us a pleasant one.

Is there a pool? And if so, can it also be used by non-hotel guests?
Yes, there is a thermal bath in our hotel, which is included in the price for our guests. The sauna area can also be booked directly at the spa for an additional charge of €11.50 per person per day.
Of course, non-hotel guests are also welcome to visit the thermal baths. The current admission prices can be found on the thermal spa website.
What are the opening hours of the spa area?
The spa area is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Please note, however, that maintenance or cleaning work may occasionally be required, meaning that operations may be temporarily restricted. In such cases, we recommend that you contact our reception team, who will be happy to help you at any time.
