This term means something like "work or dealing with life energy". For thousand of years, Qi Gong science has been practiced in China. Over the centuries, many schools have been created to engage in the practical application of Qi Gong in various areas of life. Qi Gong has become a mass movement in its country of origin, businesses encourage its staff to keep fit with Qi Gong relaxation exercises, Qi Gong improves their attention at universities and schools, and in the morning the parks are full of practicing people. In the medical and therapeutic field, Qi Gong is mainly used for cardiovascular problems, insomnia, cancers, indigestion, chronic diseases and more.
