Qi Gong

This term means something like "work or dealing with life energy". For thousand of years, Qi Gong science has been practiced in China. In the medical and therapeutic field, Qi Gong is mainly used for cardiovascular problems, insomnia, cancers, indigestion, chronic diseases and more.
