Medical Trainings Therapy
This form of training and treatment is primarily concerned with building and restoring muscular deficits. It also includes cardiovascular training. Medical Training Therapy employs methods that improve stamina, strength, or coordination to increase mobility. For example, exercise bikes are used for endurance training, or strengthening devices or isometric exercises against a fixed resistance to increase muscle strength. The prerequisite for this is firstly the professional qualification of the therapists and secondly the therapeutic devices. This also includes the gymnastics and stretching program, which is carried out on the gymnastics mats. The training equipment is of a high standard and subject to specific approval regulations. Especially important is the therapeutic control during the execution of the training program.
All health care offers are in line with the latest scientific findings on health promotion and preservation. They are performed by specially trained in preventive medicine sports teachers and physiotherapists.
