Thermal spa & sauna area
Our wellness hotel in Freiburg is structurally connected to the KEIDEL Mineral-Thermalbad and thus opens up a unique thermal spa and sauna landscape on 6,000 m² for you at a reduced entrance fee.
Opening hours Therme & Sauna: daily 09.00 to 21.00, sauna opens from 10.00.
Admission to the thermal spa included in the room price. Sauna area € 11 per person and admission. The consumption of food and drinks is charged separately.

Dress code
The best way to relax is in our cuddly soft bathrobes, in which you are welcome to come to our treatments. During the treatment of massages, cosmetic and body treatments, your body will be covered and only the part of your body that is being treated will be exposed. You will receive a disposable slip from us. Please keep valuable items in your room/room safe at all times.
Delay
It is not possible for us to extend treatments beyond the agreed date. If you arrive later than booked, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly. Therefore, we ask you to be with us about 10 minutes before the start of the treatment, so that you can fully enjoy your booked pampering time.
Special wishes
For your wishes and suggestions, you are welcome to contact your treating therapist directly, be it regarding the strength of the massage, the light, the music or the heat regulation.
Health & Wellbeing

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment, out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise we will charge you the total cost. Thank you for your understanding.
